WHY EVERYONE NEEDS A PARTNER
Being an entrepreneur can be lonely. When I set up my first business nearly 20 years ago, I did so out of necessity. I didn’t plan on becoming an entrepreneur. I had been living in Brussels, Stockholm and Belgrade – running pan-European communications campaigns, even being promoted to head of the Nordic B2B and corporate teams for one of the big international agencies. I thought I was good at what I did.
MESSY ACTION
I have a confession to make. I am a perfectionist. Whilst some might say that it’s a good thing, my perfectionism is so bad that it can cause me to miss deadlines, delay colleagues because they are waiting for my work to start theirs, over-service client work, stay up late and even miss fun things in my life like parties, days out with my family or even just taking some time out to read a book.
